Hi, my name is Al Remillard, but friends call me Buck, and I make Buck’s Barbecue Sauce right here in Massachusetts. Buck’s is just the right amount of sweet with a sneaky kick of heat. It’s so good you’ll want to put it on more than barbecue. Put it on pizza, steaks, a peanut butter and Buck’s sandwich. Heck, put it on a consenting adult friend, if that’s what you’re into.
Forty years ago I used to host parties with whole pig roasts on cinderblocks and made my own sauce. Lots of fun in those days! Word starting spreading to friends that they loved my sauce. Everyone would ask, “Buck, how do you make this?” I didn’t really have a recipe, just a little of this and a little of that. I’ve tweaked it over the years, but now it’s perfection!
